Movie making is one of the most interesting forms of entertainment. Since my first movie experience, I have always been interested in the changing forms of movies. The world has seen a number of directors and creators experiment with this audio visual format to bring stories to life. Some of these have been relayed in unforgettable form. But I doubt that any of them had access to the changing face of technology that has entered the realm of movie making. Sound, video and ambience have all added to make the theater a place of perfect symphony for the movie lover.

There are many different aspects which make going to the theater a unique experience. Sound is the key among these. Nothing quite beats the thrill of hearing the lightest background noises. Technology like IMAX has made this possible. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of images which were almost lifelike. It gave me the feeling of being a part of the story. This is what sets this technology apart from any other form of cinematic viewing.

With a steady stream of audiences moving towards movies as the primary form of entertainment, this technology can only bode well for this form. I have always worried if the rise of the internet could mean the end of cinema viewing in theaters. Thankfully, these developments will ensure the continuation of this tradition for a long time to come. This has made movies again exciting and adventurous to both children and adults alike.
